INRoom was quite big and clean and staff were bell behaved truly speaking very casual and friendly. They help alot me as I was new in the city. Best thing they help me were about the pricing like taxi fares and product price. I will definitely check in again ta this hotel.
Only one thing that they didn't not allow boyfriend and girlfriend. They It's against their policy and ethics

INAlmost everything was nice and good, like; wifi speed, comfy bed, hot water service 24hr on whenever I need the hot water I get it. The rooms were also clean and staff behaviour was friendly.
I didn't like only one thing the entrance of the building. They need to renovate the entrance also.

I have booked for a deluxe double bed room with all amenities INR1350. Unfortunately they forced us to stay in a room with 2 double beds @ INR2200. We had no option after long discussion. We had to manage with hot bucket water for shower, Toilet paper was not provided. They retained our passport until next day even they have no rights according to law. Finally after long dispute the manager has accepted at INR1600 for that room. This shouldn't happen to customers online booking bcoz we have no option on spot. Once booked we have to pay by hook or by crook. We had a very bad experience. I don't suggest to book online at this hotel. You never know what surprise is awaiting you! We are 2 senior foreigners, we had a very bad experience at hotel Taiba,@ kolkata and will never forget our stay overthere
