Eligius Luxury Apartments

A beautiful room in the old town very close to everything you need to have the perfect time in Palermo. Check in is very easy, and Angelo and Lidia are on hand for anything you need. They helped us with our parking, as if you’re parking outside on the street you’ll need to activate a daily ZTL pass that you can buy from the local tobacco shop (€5/day and not needed on Sunday). A note these only work from Italian phone numbers hence they had to send a text on our behalf. Lovely additional touches made our stay extra special, with lots of space and an amazing shower. Would highly recommend!

The bed could have been slightly comfier, though not really an issue after sampling all the Sicilian wines! The road outside is patrolled by a stationer who will expect a €1-2 tip. If you don’t do this he can get quite shouty, but not an issue with the property itself.

Amazing, new, clean and central apartment. Hosts were always available and responsive for any requests. Chocolate and wine were gifted upon our arrival.

Modern apartment, very comfortable, easy chek-in, walking distance to all Palermo attractions, with no need for transport. Hosts are great communicators and advised locations for great coffee, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets all are 5 mins walk. Highly recommend for a stay in Palermo.

A wonderful stay in Palermo! This really is a luxury apartment- it was decorated impeccably! Very modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable to sleep in and bathroom was one of my DREAMS! The shower- just WOW! The apartment itself is a 5 min walk from the main tourist street which was perfect because that street is very loud so we were happy to be a walk away from it. There are many great coffee and breakfast places nearby this apartment and parking was easy using the hosts instructions. Everything was wonderful here!

Very clean and new accommodation with all the modern conveniences! The shower was extra large and had dual showerheads as well as a handheld spray. It was nice after showering in teeny tiny showers that leaked throughout Italy. The elevated bed allowed us to store extra luggage underneath and gave us more room. The host was very knowledgeable about the area and provided great recommendations.  He helped us make a reservation for a delicious steak restaurant (Madreselva) and get a lost item left behind in an Uber returned to us. The apartment is within walking distance to many fun bars and local street markets. There’s even free parking in front of the apartment in the square, and the host gifted us a nice bottle of wine and chocolate. He also accommodated us with a late 6 PM check-out for a reasonable fee, because we were flying out that day and needed to have a place to pack up and shower before we departed.

The apartment offers a comfortable stay, and at the same time, in this location you can experience the real pulse of life in the heart of the old part of the city of Palermo. It is an excellent starting point for visiting the historical features of the city, markets and restaurants. The apartment is new and equipped to a high standard. The owner is friendly and hospitable, we asked for some extra towels, which were delivered immediately. He also arranged transportation from the airport, which was also at a higher level of offer. By renting a scooter, we were able to visit some beaches in the area (Mondello) and see some interesting places around the city. A short but beautiful vacation in Sicily.
