Góð staðsetning, auðveldur aðgangur, allt hreint og snyrtilegt, eldhús vel útbúið, ágætis rúm.

Heldur lítill sturtuklefi. Toppurinn að setja dökkar gardínur á gardínustangirnar, sem eru jú komnar upp. Myrkvinargradínur eru uppsettar.
