The apartment is in the city center.

The stay was a disaster and we advise anyone to stay away. We were supposed to stay 2 nights - 4 adults with 1 year old. Shortly after we moved, the electricity fell down, apparently not able to sustain AC and kitchen stove cooking at the same time (!). This caused water pump to break, so first we had no hot water, and then no water at all towards the evening. To be fair, the owner tried to fix it, but was not able to. Sadly, we were not offered alternative housing, and we were left to bring water for ourselves from nearby restaurant (which was gracious enough to help), to wash our hands or flush the toilet. The AC in one of the rooms was also very loud, not letting us sleep. The next day the owner told us to find ourselves another place, and wrote us she will return us 2 nights & 1 day of city tax but after we moved out, she only returned us 1 night. Additionally, when we booked this place, we asked for baby cot, which is offered on the ad, but few days before they told us they don't have it but we can pay them for renting it... The owner was also never seen - we met her husband, uncle & friend, but she never came to see us. The kitchen is not a real kitchen, but rather a sink and stove added to a room - the whole place seems to be a divided part of 1 building villa. It would be a very fancy place to stay if electricity and water worked and proper kitchen was added, the way it is it was like camping inside. Even if the water pump was replaced, I'm sorry but I'd not trust the owner or the electrical system there.
