Bed sheets & cover are not changed/washed after each stay ( confirmed by owner by himslef) The responsible whose name’s Othman is very rude We had some complications with him 1 night before our stay where he wanted to kick us aggressively for taking out 1 tajine and 1 cover outside the appartment And tomorrow morning But ended good

It’s a very nice and spacious appartment. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and organized. If we needed anything, we could just reach out to the staff and they would bring it immediately.

In Othmans apartment you live very locally in the hilly part of Azrou close to the cedar forest. We were greeted in the street by the owner and followed to the apartment. Our car could park close by. The apartment is big, clean, has an air con heater and very basic kitchen utensils such as a few spoons, forks and one knife. There was no sharp knives, cutting board, ladle and you need to bring your own soap/sponge and garbage bags for the kitchen. The bathroom is spacious and has a large shower. You can buy coffee pods from the owner. Bring thick socks or use the flip flops provided as the floor is very cold.

The appartement is clean, enough beds, the staff hospitality is amazing.

Amazing stay with comfortable and clean beds, a big shower and all the amenities you need. Friendly owner as well and great restaurants in Azrou. Would definitely stay here again.
