Central Castle Apartments

The property was very close to all the city attractions. The directions were clear and easy to access. Management responded quickly.

The area outside the property was surrounded by graffiti. There was very little street lighting coming back to it at night. My husband also witnessed 3 different callers to studio 1 and money was exchanged. He believed for drugs. There was a musty smell as soon as you entered the apartment. The wardrobe contained several scented room diffusers. These did not help. There are no windows in studio 3 so no direct sunlight. No place to sit outside not that you would want to as the area in front of the apartment is not very nice. The bathroom had ants in it. There was a a hole in the kitchen sink.

I do not travel to check off every "must see" tourist attraction, I travel to understand and experience different cultures. Central Castle is nestled in a residential neighborhood, with a park/playground outside your front door making it easy to watch everyday life. The stairs to the castle are at the end of the block, the restaurant across the street is very good, and the Central Market/Dragon Bridge a block away. The hosts were very responsive, the apartment very quiet w/ blackout curtains, and the washing machine most welcome. The apartment was equipped with all that I needed, I would stay here again. Note: The apartment is located downstairs, not in the main building.
