Feelings Aveiro Apartment

La ubicació. Es molt ampli i té molts espais i totes les comoditats q es poden demanar a un apartament. Tot perfecte i amb un detall de benvinguda

The apartment was as described, however, it is starting to look a bit tired and needs attetion

We loved the size and location of this apartment! Lots of space for us to spend time together as a family and close to Aveiro centre, but on a quiet residential street. The apartment was well equipped with all we needed for our stay and communication with the owner was great.

It was sometimes loud with DIY work taking place for long periods next door, or neighbours talking loudly on balconies in the night.

Large apartment with 3 bedrooms. Close to the center. Well equipped kitchen, large TV with Netflix. Three keys available, easy check-in.

The neighbors were having a noisy party on the first night. After being warned by the owner, the second night was quiet. Some equipment needs renovation (shower head, soap dispenser, kettle, toilet flush). Parking on working days between 9am and 8pm for a fee of 1.2 Euro per hour.

Lots of room for us (two couples). Nice cafe across the street for breakfast.

We were told we could get the keys at 3:00 p.m. We arrived around 2:00 from Porto and let the host know. We kept texting the host for the keys for over 3 hours, sitting outside with our luggage. Finally at 5:00 p.m. we were very concerned (we are 4 seniors), about no one showing up or answering our texts or phone calls. We finally called around and booked two hotel rooms for the night. When we were settled in our hotel room, someone from the airbnb texted and told us we could go back for the keys. We stayed at the hotel for the night, as we had payed and were unpacked. We moved the next day, thus had to pay double for that one night. We enjoyed the apartment but were upset about not being able to use it for one of the nights. It also cut into the time we could tour the city - waiting to checkin, finding accommodations, finding the new place, then packing up and moving back to the air BnB.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was great; close to the station and the city centre. Filipa and Ruth made us feel very welcome.

It would have been better if there was an elevator.
