SKVery clean. it was looking brand new there. If you need fast internet i dont think you will find faster then in this apartment it was vey fast. Perfectly comfy bed and couch. Location very close to shoping center or city center. And the best is the owner. he was so nice and helpfull. Positive energy from him :).
The apartment is located in the basement of the building or it looks like more in whats to be garage before. Its not a big issue but in the winter there is only air conditioner as a heater for the whole apartment and if its cold outside you have to turn it on to max temperature and open door to bedroom to get heat there + the air conditioner makes noise so you are hearing it while sleeping as your door has to be open if you want some warm there. But it the summer it must be more chill there so no issue.
