Tutto il resto..appartamento situato in un condominio datato così come l’appartamento, tranne il bagno un po moderno ma Assolutamente una pessima pulizia!! Calzini sporchi trovati sul calorifero, tavolo sporco, letti con solo lenzuola quindi un freddo (coperte presenti negli armadi sporche) abbiamo dovuto accendere l’aria calda del condizionatore ma anche quello in pessime condizioni!

Spacious, quiet, gelato shop next door

No AC in bedrooms, too hot during the summer. No elevators. Water floating from sink and shower. Furniture needs replacing

We are a family of four, with two teenager girls of 14 and 16 and we really enjoyed this spacious, full of light apartment with two separate bedrooms, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely living-room that blessed our coffee mornings with its warm sunrise light. The apartment is situated in a lovely neighbourhood with beautiful villas, splendid views from any window and an infant centre/ kindergarten next door, that gave us such a sentiment of secureness and joy. Just 10 min walk to Piazza dei Miracoli and its wonderful leaning tower, old city gate just nearby, splendid open-aired cinema right on the street and many lovely places to eat, drink and have a good time.

The "inconvenient" of not having a lift, at first received like a "punishment" for lazy legs, soon turned out to be refreshing and rewarding once you opened the apartment door. I was constantly thinking about the "blue zones" where people reach 100 years old and where climbing-up steep roads is one of the keys to longevity.
