Apartment Solenta Spalato

Lokacija mi je bila predivna, za šetnju i sadržaje koji su mi trebali u blizini. Lijep kvart, dobra i uslužna domaćica, lijepa i jednostavna komunikacija što se tiče svega.

Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Egal welche Richtung , liegt super.

Eigentlich war es super, nur etwas lauter Innenhof, wenn die Fenster offen sind.

Nagyon szépen, igényesen berendezett apartman. Tiszta konyha, fürdőszoba, csendes környezet. Klíma jól működött. Erkély is van, teregetési lehetőséggel. Vásárlás nagyon közel, több üzlet (pl. LIDL). Pár perc csak az Óváros sétálva.

Lokacija je super. Prav tako sam apartma. Počutil sem se zares odlično. Gostiteljica Lea je super, vse se je dalo zmenit, brez kompliciranja, je tudi zelo prijazna. Resnično priporočam to nastanitev. Check-in in check-out poteka samostojno, kar je zelo priročno, če prideš ali odideš v poznih urah. Vsekakor priporočam.

Quite near the old town

4th floor by foot was little bit hard because the weather was so hot.

It’s tidy - compact - had everything we required. It is in a very residential area and parking can be a challenge. Plenty of walkable supermarkets close by. Split old town itself is a 30 minute walk away. We stayed 3 nights - did a ferry to Hvar - lovely - the old town and a local beach - wish we would have done 2 nights. For us not as pretty as Dubrovnik or Zadar - it’s a big working city.

The garden - is a set of gardens all very overgrown and it’s surrounded by high rise apartments all around so quite stifling being on the balcony. Our main concern was the hot water from the shower - we could not get it changed to be anything but scolding hot. We contacted the host who did come straight away and acknowledged the issue but advised she couldn’t get it fixed during our 3 night stay so washing my hair in cold water was the only option along with cold showers - we even tried turning the main thermostat down . When leaving we asked if there was a possibility of a small refund and was advised that she was getting a plumber to look and would advise. We never heard another thing. To be honest the apartment is OK - it’s in a very residential area but a 30 min walk to the old town - it is 3 flights of stairs and parking is a challenge - we would accept all of this - we aren’t unreasonable people but feel very let down by the unhelpfulness.

Small but cozy apartment with a good location: about 15 minutes walk to the city center. Next to the apartment there is a bus stop, from which you can get to the city beaches. Everything is clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Very nice hostess, who allowed us to check out a little later than the set time, since the next guests were not expected soon that day.

No floor bloom at the apartment, but it wasn’t a big deal.

The apartment was well-equipped, and suited our needs. However, it’s located on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which should have been stated more transparently.

The host threatened to enter the apartment without permission to take photos of my ID. The host repeatedly called me, pressuring me to contact Booking and retract my earlier feedback regarding the threats made by the host, insisting I “must answer her calls because I’m staying at her apartment.” Despite submitting all required registration data (name, document type and number, date of birth, nationality, etc.) consistent with Croatia’s eVisitor system, she continued demanding full ID scans and threatened unauthorized entry. This is unnecessary, as only the data—not ID images—are legally required. Notably, other guests staying at this same apartment have also expressed similar concerns, suggesting a recurring pattern—making these complaints not isolated.

We really enjoyed our time at the flat. We stayed for a whole week, and the flat is fully equiped with cooking supplies which was really useful. Communication with the owner was fantastic. The flat is also very well located, at walking distance from the city centre and also fearly near to the beaches in the Forest Park Marjan.

The mattress was a bit thin and hard for a long stay.
