1, Remote location. cant reach their easly, 2,bad smell in the toilet this because of impure water 3, Its not a independent villa, in the add mentioned whole Villa , but the owener is using the kitchen every time. and that door always open , an aluminium framed glass door is used to close this - safety and Privacy issues may happen 4, Rude behavior from the owner after getting his money. 5, very small Room and only one Toilet and that is attached with the main room , someone stay in the other room need to distrb the other for use the bathroom 6, Property gate is closed fully upon his convienient and cant go outside or from out side to inside. 7, charging very high price ( comparing to other property of same standard ) maximum value which can spend for this will be below 1000 Rs '

Experienced authentic kerala house and food. The location was awesome. Moreover the hospitality and river ride is fabulous. Overall each penny well spend. Thank you Ashtama (owner of the resort) for everything.

Total waste of money

1. The location mentioned in the map is not the right one we have to travel more than 5 kms inside to reach the property and the roads was not good 2. Actual cost for the property was 3300 but I have paid 6300 double the rate 3. The owner is too cunning he charge for everything. 3 small pieces of fish costs 900 And we asked for dinner with rice he made the rice was not cooked properly. The chicken was not cooked properly. No one had a food too. We all slept with hungry. It’s not value for the money. The kitchen is used by the owner and it’s in the same room so really it was too scary to be with a family members that too with ladies. He without notifying comes to our room. He asked money for using water. There is no shops nearby So it’s not the good own which is listed by Booking.com

More spacious room, food is extra charge, not able to change the rating I would give 3 rating

Ideal for a 4 member family. Food was very good, especially karimeen fry and fish molee. Very clean and nice ambience.

Only one room is a/c

Facilities & services: It was a warm welcome to us. We stayed one night and it felt like staying in home. In the morning you can go for sunrise by boat. Facilities that you can get: 4 bedrooms (maximum 13 people can adjust) Free Wi-Fi TV Boating Cleanliness: rooms and toilet were neat and clean. Food: The location of this property is little remote and isolated place. So it is better to pre-book the foods. The food we ordered was too tasty.
