2 chambres, 2 salle de bain, emplacement central à Palerme. Air conditionné. Très propre et accueillant.

Lots to like: 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with excellent showers, comfortable beds with foam mattresses, enough space for bags and things, good location in a posh neighborhood, secure entrance from the courtyard, full kitchen, good internet, separate sitting area on the second level, tall ceilings in the bedrooms.

All the things in this category are hard to control by the owners, but they played a big role in our (dis)comfort. If you are good with windows always closed, you will have almost none of these issues below. - street noise - the two bedrooms face the side street. If you come in at midnight and leave before 7am, you will be OK with the street noise. Otherwise, bring earplugs. - equipment noise - there is a constant mechanical noise from the courtyard, likely from the elevator - the apartment is on the ground floor. You hear every passerby and every car being parked or the construction workers doing something I made a video, but it could not be uploaded to this site.

Excellent location, close to the promenade, the beach, everything is simply within reach. Coffee, restaurants, shops, bus stops, everything is around you.

Apartamento excelente e com relação custo benefício ótima. Tem tudo no apartamento, que é bem equipado. Os banheiros são muito bons também. O bairro é legal e fica próximo ao centro, mas tem opções melhores pra quem quer ficar bem na área central. Pra quem quiser ficar de carro e usar como base é ótimo, porque parar o carro na cidade é uma aventura.

Spacious and tastefully designed rooms, modern bathrooms, great location for excursions and nightlife, very friendly and helpful hosts

The apartment was ideally situated for our stay in Palermo, with flat walking access around the city, bus and train station, restaurants (particularly recommend Typical Sicilian Trattoria Tipica Altri Tempi, within 2mins from apartment front door) Cortile Marconi was very clean, modern and ideal for us two couples.
