Residence Indochine Suite

We had a mixed experience staying here. The cocktails were excellent, the pool area was lovely, and the location was ideal for us—close enough to the centre to reach everything with a short tuk-tuk ride, while still being a little quieter.

There were a huge number of mosquitoes in our room when we arrived, and when housekeeping cleaned, even more seemed to get in, to the point where we stopped having the room serviced. We also encountered multiple insects every day not only in the bathroom but mostly in the bedroom, including cockroaches and crickets, which made us reluctant to walk barefoot or leave belongings on the floor. There were so many mosquitos we requested a fan from reception to keep them away from our faces while we slept. The rooms themselves felt quite dark. The balcony windows were blacked out, and the windows on the opposite side faced the corridor, so there wasn’t much natural light or a sense of privacy. The pool was nice and well maintained, but there was virtually no shade or shelter around it, meaning it became uncomfortable to use for long periods during the hottest parts of the day. Overall, there were some things we really enjoyed, but the insect issues and dark rooms significantly impacted our experience.

A las 8 de la mañana me despertaron los ruidos de una refacción del hotel. Necesitaba descansar después de un largo día de viaje. La recepcionista me ofreció un café como si esto pudiera compensar de alguna forma.

Het inchecken verliep erg snel en gemakkelijk. De kamer was zeer schoon en ruim. Ook het uitchecken om 6 uur 's ochtends ging vlot. Het receptiepersoneel was vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was fantastisch en er was een ruime keuze.

La comida es muy buena, el servicio al cliente es amable, el ambiente es elegante pero informal y la conversación es agradable. Además, el entorno es limpio, agradable y confortable.

La nourriture était excellente. Le personnel était extrêmement aimable, attentionné et agréable. Ils ont répondu à tous nos besoins. Je tiens à les remercier pour cet excellent service. Continuez comme ça !

This hotel was perfect! We enjoyed everything, especially the open breakfast and the hotel's quiet location. The pool was lovely and clean, but unfortunately a bit too hot. The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and clean and had good air conditioning.

Geweldig, netjes en schoon hotel, goede service en behulpzaam personeel. We verbleven er met het gezin. Comfortabele kamers.
