Central location, easy to get to all the attractions. Cosy apartment, nice and quiet.

Rang for check-in instructions. Woman in office was loud, ill-mannered, and shouted over me. Explained I was a tourist looking for info. She was very unhelpful and downright rude. Needs customer service training. This would put me off using Operart again.

Great location, comfortable beds, nice shower, spacious

Very centric. We didn’t use much public transportation because it had a very good location in the pest side. It is modern, clean, and good value for money. Good towels.

Luggage storage location is not in the same area. We got confused and thought that where we were leaving our luggage was the place where we were going to check in after. The lady in the front desk needs to be more empathetic. We were tired, confused and I didn’t realize that it was a different one. She was rude at first and in front of other people; it is only fair to say that somehow she realized her reaction was not the most appropriate and then help us by providing instructions . The toilet moves …. And I see there was a feedback that mentions this wrote in May. You need to fix it. No coffee machine.

Nice, very clean, well equipped apartment.

Modern & clean

Check -in was rigid. Delayed flight meant we missed our connection so had to pay for the first night even though we weren’t there and couldn’t get into the property till 2pm wandering around the city for 4 hours on 3 1/2 hours sleep.

The apartment is tiny

Great location. Beautiful rooms. Quiet and clean. AC works well.

No laundry machine. No coffee maker though they do provide you instant coffee. Only shower gel in the bathroom. Bring your own shampoo or conditioner.
