Roof top restaurant location is awesome Staff is good Check in was smooth except the guests who didn't want to leave the room at the check out time Location is nearby the ghats just 150mtrs so if the water level is down you can travel through one to another ghats

Smell in the room is an issue and regular cleaning Restaurant food is expensive Location should be better explained by the staff

Everything apart from the location was pathetic. -Beds are too uncomfortable -staffs are extremely rude. The guy who’s the helper speaks like some slum boy & he behaved very badly with me & my mom. He literally said chalo Chalo room se niklo, time ho Gaya hai nikal jao idhar se. Worst ever idiotic person running this property. -the girl Shweta who sits in reception will tell different things every 10mins. Not sure if she knows her job well. Literally harassed us by changing her statement 3times in an hour. Made us change rooms, beds several times -the food was okish but expensive as per hostel standards -the cafe closes at 11pm & the staff there will shoo away. They did not allow us to sit for even 10mins after 11. I don’t know if this is actually a hostel or just so called

All facilities are very amazing. It's a very clean place.

For drinking water, you need to go for the ground floor. If there is arrangement for water for each floor, it will be more convenient.

Clean and all amenities were in working order ~ Hotel staff were available but not pushy ~ No bugs! ~ Great view from rooftop cafe ~ Hotel is located in a very old neighborhood, accessed along narrow twisty lanes, near a Mukesh ghat but off the main drag, which is kinda cool .....

Closer to kedar ghat. Rooftop has a good view of ghats and river Ganges.

It's a remote building inside bylanes. Dorms are small and no ventilation

The rooms are good ,the owner is also good ,all things are absolutely fine .it has a good terrace from where the view of ghats looks stunning in the evening.
