1) very clean room 2) hot water 3) machine wash and fridge and electric stove 4) beds were ok

1) in the night the train was passing by many times and wake you up. 2) very far away from the city. 10 minutes walk, bus around 20 minutes, Metro 15 minutes and walk 10 minutes.All this to arrive to the city. Don't forget all this to come back. 3) I sent to the guy 3mails for check in a bit later than 21:00 around 23:00 all the times he answer me about how to go to the house instruction and didn't answer me if it's ok for check in 2 hours later at 23:00. Nobody was here for the check in. I had to driving 45 minutes to take the key from a case with a combination and then traffic 45 minutes to the city again to have something to eat because nothing was here. It's like living in a village. 4) finally I sent him an email complaining about the above and he never answered. Not even saying sorry..... 5) he had a light just outside the room and you couldn't sit because it was always shining. Also he has a camera looking just in front of the door so I was thing all the time that he is spying at me.No privacy to seat at the night jUst outside the yard. In conclusion I don't recommend it for anyone. Especially not for children.

Very good apartment with 3 separate sleeping rooms, one living room and 2 bathrooms which makes it so comfortable and functional for accomodation of many people. Rooms are big, beds are fine, kitchen is well equiped. Check-in and check-out are very easy, the host is helpful and a nice person. Also there are plenty of free parking in front of the house.

It is renovated private home that was made into few apartments. It was relatively nicely done IKEA style with good plumbings and nicely appointed kitchen. The key and check in was rather efficient.

The house gate is 20 meters from very busy train tracks so be aware of freight trains passing by at 3 AM and generally all night. I got the ground floor apt and although it was warm and pleasant by itself there is no soundproofing at all. The concrete walls and ceilings are resonating even when someone is speaking in a normal voice. Adding the trains passing it was three nights of little to no sleep. I have contacted the landlord or managing company regarding the other guests and they had average 12 hours response time asking me in the end which apartment is it. How could I know? For me it was impossible to enter corridor of the building itself. After I personally had complained to one of the guest around 2AM the noise stopped. I had suggested to landlord, since it was a problem of the apartment, to allow me refund of the rest of the money and I would move elsewhere but he refused. Further more wifi is almost non existent. It is impossible to find the house without internet, so bring your mobile phone with functional internet. All in all be military level diligent and careful when you book apartment in Budapest.

The place is very close to the tram station where from you can go anywhere you like.

The floor was uneven for the bad and a lot of time rocked . No tea or coffee was served. The floor was dirty.
