The reception staff,especially Ms.Anushya went out of the way to make us comfortable.The staff in Restaurant too are very co-operative and are eager to please customers.The food is fairly good.A young man from the Restaurant staff,who is from Odisha(forgot his name,probably Sanjeev) is too polite and always smiling which makes us cheerful.

Though the Hotel doesn't have its own Laundry unit,they help us by providing laundry service through a third party.They are OK but they did a stupid mistake.Probably for washing in machine they removed the draw strings in the in-skirts worn inside a saree.They forgot to insert them again.Even that is OK but they didn't return them along with the washed ones.We had taken only a few in-skirts with us. we did not know what to do, as we didn't bring spare strings with us.So Ladies,who are saree wearers, should give specific instruction that the string should be returned with the washed clothes,while opting for Laundry service.

there was no complimentary breakfast., even though rent was 2200+ gst. No tea kettle inside room. Morning there was water issue in bathroom, hence to call plumber
