Nice view from the room on Bhagsu and mountains. Overall pretty clean. And close enough to all main villages.

Unfortunately, they don't provide electric kettler in rooms. So you have to go down to kitchen and explicitly ask and wait for boiled water, seems like it's the only one kettler in the hotel. Due to miscommunication with stuff they could give you filtered or just warm water, after few attempts we had to control the process🤨 Also nearby hotels could have random parties till the night not only on weekends. Breakfast could be skipped without doubts.

The hotel prompt service and a beautiful mountain view. Location of the hotel was also good. Staff was polite.

Room itself was disappointing. It was very compact, with the bed placed right next to the wardrobe, leaving no space to actually open it. The wardrobe was also very unclean and missing a handle. Additionally, the fan did not work properly, there was no kettle provided, and the overall hygiene of the services needs significant improvement. Hygiene for Room service food order was not maintained. It was delivered to the room without covering the food dishes.

Very nice view Bed was ok Staff are very nice and helpful Elevator is a huge plus!

Mold & mildew issue in property All pillows and blankets were moldy. The men running the hotel didn’t seem to notice the dirt and filth.

Great location if you want to be close (in walking distance) to Dharamkot, Bhagsu, and McLeod Ganj. Our room was comfortable with a balcony overlooking the whole Bhagsu valley - we could watch the snow peaks, eagles flying by, and even had visits from the monkeys roaming around the forest. It was quite chilly in the room at first but for a little fee we got a portable heater which made our stay much more comfy. The restaurant has really delicious food and the included breakfast was plentiful and open to choose from a wide variety on the menu. Best of all - the staff! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We stayed for five nights and really enjoyed our time. Thank you Greenwoods Inn team!

The view from the room/balcony. That after one night we could cancel it. There was a monkey on the balcony morning time. Probably for another time of the year was ok, also bit up the hill and far from town up/down if ur not with bike, car. Also this Mcleodganj is to be avoided in general since already in low season trafic was bad I imagine in 'good' months ur stuck inhaling poison for hours, car next to car blowing horn up and down the hill.

As for beginning of February was cold inside. You could see ur breath. Even with the small electric heating. As in most places in India mountain/hill stations they are not properly isolated and for foreigners absolutely its a no go instead you want a ruined holiday. Locals are used to this, we like it worm inside when its winter. So we where the only ones in the hotel that look quite cozy in the pics but not for winter times. Another aspect we highly dislike everywhere in Mcleodganj are the hundreds of street dogs that around 2/3am become active and start barking or fighting all over the valley, impossible to no wake up mid of the night and sleep without earplugs, very disturbing and noisy.

Loved how clean, well-designed, and comfortable the room was. Staff was friendly and eager to help. Really tasty and affordable food was also available.

I wish there was filtered water available, wasn't very convenient to ask staff in the kitchen to refill my water bottle every time.

Location - Easily approachable by 1km walk from main square market or can take auto and can easily go anyplace by scooty.

Have more scope to improve like related to check-in process, I reached there @9am and then go outside and came back after 3hrs but still my room was not ready with clean bedsheet , pillow covers and also during checkout, No option to pay by credit card overall good experience

Pulizia non soddisfacente per standard europei. Staff non di parola, dovevamo avere la colazione alle 7:30 per prendere un bus la mattina, alle 7:40 abbiamo scelto di andarcene perché era ancora tutto spento. Secondo me qualità prezzo non ottimale
