Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. You can park at Times Parking building within walking distance and have your parking card validated by the hotel and you only need to pay 1,200 Yen per day/24 hours. Fujisawa JR Train Station is very close to the hotel as well. This is the hotel hotel I stayed in Japan that has free beer on tap every day until 8:00pm. The beer taste good too. It might be a Kirin or Asahi. I would stay again.
藤沢駅から近く便利でした。チェックイン前に荷物を快く預かって下さり部屋に運んで頂きました。また機会がありましたら利用させて頂きたいと思います。
日中ハードスケジュールだったため、疲れて帰宅したときに、スタッフの数人の方が声をかけてくださり、少し癒されました。 チェックアウトの時に、お気に入りの受付スタッフに会えてよかったです。

隣の部屋が深夜1時過ぎまで騒ぎ寝れない。防音に対する対応が全く取れてない。

整間酒店都感覺很新，單人房間很大，內裡設備齊全，有空氣清新機，風筒也大風，房間很清潔。有免費飲品提供，15:00-20:00有免費生啤酒提供，很近車站，樓下有兩家便利店，附近也有超市，也有購物。如果來湘南一帶玩可以選這家酒店。 由於這裡不是遊客區，大部分都是日本人入住，價錢也很便宜。
