I definitely don't recommend it. Despite the trip together, we got rooms very far from each other with completely different standards. In one room we noticed holes in the door (as if someone was trying to break in). The door didn't close completely, it knocked at night, we didn't feel safe. There was a kettle in one room, not in the other. There are mice running in the corridor, which are probably in a larger flock in the attic. Neutral hotel staff (they don't talk, they don't say hello, the security lets everyone in). The balcony doors do not close, one of them had a broken glass. The windows in the bathroom cannot be closed. We only hit the hot water once, which also stinks a lot. The mosquito net does not close completely and has holes. During our stay, it was not cleaned once.

Friendliness from some of the staff members. Cleanliness of the rooms, facilities, limited variety of the breakfast, maintenance of the bathroom, AC.

It was well served and deliciously. we really enjoyed our stay at Pine breeze

Mombasa was too hot this time round

Room AC was not in proper working condition, bathroom sliding door was not working, but was quickly repaired once requested

Accommodation block was more like a hostel than a hotel. Our room whilst large had just 1 light and the fitments were old and in some cases rusty. We have both travelled extensively around the world and our room reminded us of our old hitch hiking days back in the 70s.

Discoloured bedddings, poor breakfast sometimes by 7am no breakfast

Location was quiet for zoom meetings and walking distance from main road

Water pressure in shower needs attention and sliding doors for balcony and toilet less access , wifi not stable on upper floors
