Breakfast was good.. Room assistance was good.. we got what we asked for..

There were cockroaches inside the room. Hot water could have been more hot. Extra cot in the hall were broken.

Nothing

The room is full of cockroaches and other insects, making it uncomfortable and unhygienic. The bed sheets and covers have not been changed and are in a very unsanitary condition. There is a strong, foul smell coming from the room, and there is no room freshener provided.
