The bed was ok

The ap is pretty new, but smells like a old one. The smell of mould and stale air was present at all times, even if we opened the times many times. The ap is at the first floor. The street is very noisy in the evening and during the night. In the bedroom it was very hot and we had to keep the window open. There ia no AC in the ap. The sofa bed was broken. If it was used open, the side that you pull out did not stay in place. The pillows are a joke. Thin and empty. The bathroom is outdated. The faucet from the sink was moving really bad and the water was bearly coming out. The shower is in bad condition. Water is coming out of it in all the directions. The bathroom was full of water in no time!

Beautiful apartment, everything was clean and tidy, sleeping on a double bed, when I lie down I don't wake up until morning. I have no complaints except that the code on the door of the building was not correct, so we asked the tenants to open it for us.

The flat was clean, well equipped and conveniently located not too far from the city center.

There were some downsides re concerning noise. The buildings walls seemed to lack proper insulation, allowing sounds from neighbours, such as late night chair dragging, loud conversations and evening renovations, to be easily heard. Additionally, weekend in the building were marked by parties with loud music that lasted until the early hours, notably until 4am on one Saturday, which significantly disrupted my sleep. Across from the flat, a 24/7 casino contributed to the noise levels on the street. The area also had a noticeable presence of homeless individuals, some of whom slept under my first floor bedroom window. Early in the morning, their interactions with the bins, especially when the rubbish truck came, created further disturbances. My parents, who rented a flat in the same building but on the sixth floor, experienced similar issues. While the flat itself is lovely, those seeking a quiet environment for a good night sleep might find this location challenging.
