- AC was very poor - Bathroom accessories was very poor. handle got removed while bathing - Too much mosquitoes even if windows were closed

Compact rooms. Too expensive for the comfort offered

Small rooms not suitable for family. Too expensive for the facilities available

Not professional staff did not serve breakfast we were not instructed well we had to pay extra for breakfast despite paying 8k for 2 nights . Electricity went off for 30 mins with out any warning keeping us uncomfortable . Could not sleep well because of the loud music from the banquet and some noice from the roof

The attached restaurants on the roof top and ground floor serve some of the best food in Mumbai. The staff try their best to accommodate needs .

We had stayed for 2 nights in 2 rooms . The management needs to invest more in upkeep of the rooms . 1- Housekeeping to be as per hospitality standards. Vacuuming and soap moping required daily . Could see dust under bed covers and stains in the bathrooms. 2- WIFI did not work in both our rooms for both days and nights . They could not fix it despite bringing to their attention .Due to no wifi , we couldn’t watch any of the pay channels . 3- One litre of mineral water is allotted per room per day , regardless of one person or two persons per room .
