the location was good.

We have booked in one of your hotels, after the payment you send me a e mail taht we gettibg Upgraded to another of your hotels…. The room was smelly, the kitchen was very very pooor, the rooms were not cleaned properly, the bathroom was very smelly…..I also told the guy on the reception, he offered me another room… i have checked it but it was same…. Same smell, same poor equipment… we decided to stay in the original room…. Also the Booking guarantee that we not gonna be charged anything else then what we payed… on the reception he asked me to tap my card to the terminal so they book some money from my card as a safety deposit….. you should pay us safety deposit for what we got from you guys…. Really bad experience.

Area is uphill and on the 2nd floor so it was a bit of a hassle bringing our luggages in the snow

Z powodu remontu zostaliśmy zakwaterowani.w.Enter Viking. Duży, dobrze wyposażony apartament. Świetna lokalizacja.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Tromso

Nothing, apart from carrying luggages up the narrow staircase

We liked how spacious the house was and the common area with coffee and snacks.

Sentralt, veldig hyggelig personale

Ikke godt vasket, hull i veggene, manglet en del ting som vi spurte om på forhånd om var tilgjengelig. Verdens minste varmtvannstank når det var 7 sengeplasser så fikk bare en person dusjet på morgenen i 10 minutter før det var tomt for varmtvann :/
