Sunshell luxury apartment

Well located in a nice residential area with free parking around the corner.

The apartment was far below acceptable standards of cleanliness. Some cupboards and drawers (especially in the bathroom) were filthy, there was dust throughout, the balcony was dirty, and the blankets smelled unpleasant. Calling this place “luxury” feels misleading — the overall finish of the rooms was poor, not even up to basic standards. Additionally, the gas BBQ was unusable as there was no gas provided, which made that amenity pointless. If cost weren’t a concern, I would have left immediately and checked into a clean hotel. Labeling this apartment as “luxury” is, in my opinion, completely deceptive.

No electric kettle,would be better to have a hand rail on stairs,2 pin plug in a 3 pin socket for the toaster,no hot water in the kitchen.would help to have bread milk water on arrival for guests who arrive late in the evening,these small issues would make a difference.

Good availability of the owner for information, modern and comfortable house, in a quiet place with easy access. A stay to repeat again. An amazing place.

I just have to add that it should have some more kitchen utensils.

It was great, the property is luxurious and beautiful, perfect led color lighting , netflix on the tvs was provided.
