"Ruime en confortabel huis voor 7 volwassenen."

Ruim huis voor 7 volwassenen.De 2 badkamers en 2 toiletten komen van pas .Voldoende eetgerei om de vaatwas niet direct na 1 maal te moeten aanzetten.Stille buurt .2 parkings .Laadpaal is een extra surplus .Zeker als je met 2 E-auto's bent.

Bedden confortabel maar zeer smal.Geen bakker in de buurt die vroeg open is .Enkel superette vanaf 8h .

"Super Lage und ein großes Haus"

Die Lage vom Ferienhaus ist wirklich sehr gut. Man kommt über einen sehr schönen Spazierweg durch die Dünen zum Strand! Der Ferienpark ist schön und ruhig und es sieht mal nicht alles gleich aus. Jedes Haus ist anders und individuell. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hat eine gute Aufteilung. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls gut, das Kücheneninventar ist nicht hochwertig, aber alles in einem guten Ikea Standard. Die Bäder sind schön groß und moderner als in anderen Ferienhäusern. Toll ist der Parkplatz am Haus mit E-Ladesäule.

Die Betten sind sehr weich, das muss man mögen. Die eher funktionalen Möbel haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen und sind vor allem im Wohnzimmer ziemlich „abgewohnt“. Die Kaffeekanne war von innen eher zum abgewöhnen. Wir empfehlen eine eigene Frenchpress oder Ähnliches mitzubringen. Das Haus ist außerdem ziemlich hellhörig. Wir hatten leider das Pech mit sehr lauten Nachbarn in der anderen Doppelhaushälfte.

"Spacious, comfortable holiday home close to the beach"

Spacious, comfortable house with 2 bathrooms and one separate toilet. More than enough cups and plates, so you do not have to put the dishwasher on before it is full. 1 bedroom downstairs with bathroom with shower and sink and 2 big bedrooms upstairs with the second bathroom with bath, shower and 2 sinks and toilet. Terrace with 6 normal and 2 more comfortable chairs. Only 20/30 minutes (2,3 km from the house)walk to the beach through the dunes over a nice hilly path or a flat paved one. With a bicycle even faster. No normal cars can drive to the beach here. Only handicapped persons. Supermarkt 200 meters. More shops in Callantsoog, 6km

The garden was enclosed (nice for dogs and small kids). Garden is mainly in the shadows. No morning or evening sun gets in the house which makes it a bit dark.
