Facilities within the room could be a bit better - the kitchen sink tap was leaking from the beginning.

Clean and spacious rooms, homely stay

Easily accessible location. Clean and neat rooms and bathrooms. Good ventilation in the entire apartment as it's last property on the lane. All support staff is very helpful. They do have in-house arrangement (on the ground floor) where you can get decent food. We had breakfast and dinner - both were good. Plenty of options if you need to order via food delivery apps. We stayed in their 2 BHK apartment as a family in Dec-23. Apartment also has functional kitchen which can work for quick cooking or heating food. I think it's a good option for budget accommodation in Baner area.

Due to other corporate booking, we were asked to stay at nearby hotel for 1 night despite confirmed booking. Although the host/manager was kind enough to find and arrange an alternate nearby option but still this was bit disappointing. Sofa in the hall could have been in better condition.
