Room was exceptional, paid 550,000. Had great bathroom, a window and huge area.

Breakfast was minimal, staff were not very polite.

Très bien placé

Hôtel que je fréquente depuis plusieurs années. L'accueil se dégrade de passage en passage, mais c'est le cas dans tout Vientiane. Déjà l'année dernière, très forte odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bain, aucune réparation n'a été faite entre temps.

La description des chambres est ambiguë concernant la présence d une fenêtre. J avais réservé 3 nuits. Les 2 premières nuits on m à donné une chambre avec fenêtre sur ma demande en me disant que je devrai changer de chambre pour la 3 ème nuit. Pour la 3 ème nuit on a voulu me donner une chambre sans fenêtre. J ai refusé, on m a remboursé et j'ai dû trouver un autre hôtel.

"Parte del staff de recepción bastante mejorable."

El chico de recepción, muy atento y amable.

La chica de recepción, le pedí si podía dejar mi equipaje allí por unas horas ya que vendrían a recoger al hotel y accedió con no demasiada buena gana.. Fue desagradable.
