At first I thought the AC was weak. But it gets seriously cold. I had to set it at 27° one evening. Bathroom was one of the nicer ones I’ve had in this area - it’s actually why I chose it. Super central location towards the Mekong side and not noisy at night. Breakfast was reasonable. Omelette on rice was pretty tasty. Staff were helpful. They let me print a couple of pages I needed for immigration. Called me a taxi at short notice. English was pretty good.

The Wi-Fi is bad, at least on the fifth floor. Seemed to be okay on the ground floor in the dining room.
