The only good thing about this resort was the location. Apart from that, the experience was extremely disappointing and nowhere close to what was promised online.

The stay at Tangerine Boutique Resort completely ruined our trip experience. This is easily one of the most pathetic and badly managed properties I have ever stayed in. The rooms were in terrible condition, the hygiene standards were unacceptable, and the entire property felt neglected and poorly maintained. The AC in our room was leaking continuously and we had to keep a bucket inside the room just to stop water from spreading across the floor. On top of that, the room was filled with mosquitoes. Sleeping peacefully was impossible because of the constant mosquito problem and poor room condition. It honestly felt more like a cheap, unmaintained lodge than a “boutique resort.” The swimming pool was also dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. For the amount they charge, the facilities and maintenance were absolutely shameful. The photos shown online are completely misleading compared to the real condition of the property. The worst part was the staff behavior. Instead of solving the issues professionally, the staff became rude, disrespectful, and started questioning us when we asked for a room change. They passed sarcastic comments, behaved arrogantly, and even used vulgar language. I have never experienced such unprofessional and insulting treatment from hotel staff before. Guests are treated as if they are a burden rather than customers paying for a service.

Ambience near the pool and balcony.But pool maintenance was very bad.

Poor Maintanance.very bad smell from the linen(old linen and duvet).Receptionist showing very bad behaviour(morning shift).Very bad smell all over inside the room.We are totally disappointed about the stay🥲.

Lots of greenery gives a peaceful atmosphere

Staris stone was broken which I found risky. But that might get damaged recently so when I was there it was not repaired.

Family was happy with the arrangement.nice pool,staff helped us with everything. Reception madam is very kind lady. We enjoyed our holiday in Goa.

Rooms were clean, the resort was full and many guests during our stay, the buffet breakfast was good, the staff helped us with everything, 10/10 for location

Понравилось расположение отеля, до моря 15 минут. Рядом находятся кафе, магазины. Номер большой, уютный, с балконом. Персонал отзывчивый, всегда решали наши вопросы. Территория ухоженная, много зелени.

На завтраках не было черного чая. Интернет работал с перебоями.
