"Firefinch County Cottage Stay"

The cottage was clean, user-friendly, and everything needed was there. Spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, Xolani was a bliss 😊

The pool was extremely dirty on the first day, very disappointing. The lapa was full of animal stools, which made it very unpleasant for us to even utilize the facilities there. Besides that, we are happy and definitely recommending to family members and friends. Considering coming back again soon..

The water in the shower fluctuates between cold an hot. It doesn't mix to warm.

the shower did not work, it spewed cold water, we called a staff to come fix it but it was still doing the same thing

Unfortunately the bed we slept on was not as comfortable. Change of mattress will go a long way
