Tutto Tra le altre cose, le fotografie non sono aggiornate, poiché la casa ha subito ulteriori miglioramenti che l'hanno resa ancora più completa.

A voler essere pignoli, suggerirei di migliorare il comfort dei letti, pur non essendo attualmente scomodi.

Duży, wygodny dom

Apartament bardzo przestronny. Byliśmy 2 rodzinami. Każdy miał swoją sypialnię. Były 2 łazienki i duża kuchnia. Taras z widokiem na morze, chociaż przy ruchliwej drodze Jednak nie przeszkadzała nam ona w wypoczynku. Dostępny ekspres do kawy, pralka, nie brakuje wyposażenia kuchni. Bez problemu gotowaliśmy posiłki. Salvatore elastycznie podchodził do każdej sytuacji. Przywitała nas sympatyczna ekipa sprzątająca i udzieliła potrzebnych informacji w tym o możliwości szybkiego przejścia na plażę. Dziękujęmy za udany pobyt.

Wszystko zgodne z opisem.

Everything was perfect, it is even better than on the pictures. You have everything that you need, the owner definitely carefully thought about all details. The apartment is huge, with great balcony where you can relax and enjoy the see view. It is situated between San Vito beach and Mondello/Palermo, so it is a perfect location if you have a car and want to visit other places as well. We did not stay at the beach in front of the apartment, however, it looks nice and sandy.

Very spacious apartment. Internet working well. BBQ provided, though not checked if it works. Owner was nice.

It was very tricky to find the place as no precise location was provided. The one provided was not precise. And the owner doesn't speak English. The apart itself was furnished, but the rest of the building and surroundings seem like a construction site. The makeshift handrails on the staircase seem very unstable. We had to heat with AC. We had 3 ACs. One in each main bedroom and one in the living room. The kids rooms had none. It was quite cold the first couple of nights. Once there, we asked the owner whether the ACs work, he checked one and said they work. He left. We soon realized that 2 ACs dont work. He came back to show us that that there was a special wall plug that needs to be switched on for the ACs to work. As if we should have know that. But one cannot heat the whole night with AC, so the next day we got extra blankets, as the ones provided were super thin. The windows when closed were still letting the wind in. The linen was ancient and duvet covers didn't seem very clean. The towels seemed to be clean but had a stale smell, as if they has been washed a month ago with water only. When we got new ones, they were the same. In the kitchen they didn't bother to provide a sponge to do the dishes. Very elaborate recycling system (5 large bins in the kitchen), but no fitting bags provided. A bit hypocritical, once you see the island. The proximity to the beach is in theory there, but to reach the beach you need to find a crossing over the railway track which runs in front of the house along the shoreline.

Spacious and clean house. We had the entire floor with two bathrooms at our disposal. The kitchen is well equipped. Parking spaces directly next to the house in a fenced area. The host Salvatore was very kind and helpful.

The host was very helpful. I had a medical problem and he drove me to the hospital, to the pharmaci and back. Also, when the gas bomb ran out, he came in 10 minutes and changed it. Accomendation is clean, spacious, full equipment. We had also soap, kitchen towels, dishwashing liquid. There is also washing machine with all you need for washing. We were completely satisfied and we wish many satisfied clients at the accomedation.

We like everything :)

Very clean and spacious for a family of 8 adults and 2 children. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Short walk to a nice beach. Hello and considerate hosts. Quick response.
