Appartamento san Domenico

Ubicación es perfecta, a 2 minutos de restaurantes y zona de ocio Pudimos aparcar al lado, hay un supermercado al girar la esquina...todo lo necesario está literalmente al lado del apartamento. El apartamento es ideal para 2 personas...la cama es grande y cómoda, aire acondicionado perfecto, el baño es amplio y con la ducha perfecta y la cocina muy práctica. Es mi segunda vez en Palermo y la ubicación es genial!!! Nuestro anfitrión muy amable!!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, cozy, and comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was also great, close to shops and attractions. What truly stood out was the kindness and attentiveness of the host. After I had already left, I realized I had forgotten one of my earbuds. The host not only found it but kindly sent it to me by mail — which I deeply appreciate! It’s rare to come across such genuine care and hospitality.

Super location, comfortable apartment

Communication with the host – to be more friendly; I was forced to sign a separate contract with the host that put me in uncomfortable situation as I had not been informed before. Moreover there were mistakes in the contract.

good location (15 minutes walk from Palermo Centrale, close Vucciria, Via Vittorio Emanuele and Via Maqueda), comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, nice wine bar just outside the door, friendly host

Good location lots to do some wonderful restaurants and bars around especially La Siciliana only 20 metres away.

Lack of equipment in the kitchen made it awkward to cook in the apartment also no hanging space for long garments.

The apartment was perfectly located for me. There were two very good restaurants very close with extremely friendly staff. Even the night I arrived too early to book my room the restaurant owner offered me coverage from the rain and a glass of wine! Also, you must have dinner at Fabrizzio just up the road a little bit. Helena, the young lady that introduced me to the apartment was absolutely fantastic! Marco also kept in touch with me and offered assistance with anything that I needed. The room was very clean and very comfortable and within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants and entertainment.

The only problem for me were the number of steps to reach my room as I had luggage with me

Very neat and clean. The bed had a great mattress. What brand is that? I liked the mini kitchen. I really liked the books about Palermo in the room. Excellent!

The only thing missing from the kitchen was a cutting board. A small supply of coffee was needed too! I didn't want to have to buy an entire package of coffee and I left the remainder of what I bought for the cleaning staff. Every B&B along the way had a coffee machine with lots of coffee choices. Maybe you could add this to the room.

not much except for the location is relative close to the city center

First the check-in process was extremely difficult，during which a exactly time slot was allocated and you are expected to be there exactly at that time，if your flight or train is late or early，you are in trouble. It required four phsyical keys to enter the property. second，the customer service is horrible，the owner is only using the booking.com app communicate through email，and sometime in Italiano ， also has an attitude when you have request to change check in time due to train delays etc. and third the place is very noisy during weekends with a bar right downstairs.
