USSleeping arrangements and amenities were good. Especially the all you can drink bar. Staff was also helpful and friendly
Booking.com didn't give the food package options so we were unable to enjoy or get any food from the facilties. Only if you booked through the website were you able to see the food packages. If you'd like to stay at this facility book on the actual website
AUBuffet breakfast was great.
I thought the bbq dinner pack was included, but found out when we arrived that it needed to be pre-booked (so we walked to the local convenience store, which was fine)
SGAll staff were extremely courteous, patient and helpful.
If you want just a shower without going to the onsen, it's not possible as the shower facilities are together with the onsen facilities.
