Malaika Apartment was worth my vacation stay in Uganda, i enjoyed the time i spent and the helpful staff.I would come back Again , The manager was very helpful for whatever i asked i was helped.I highly recommend

I had an exceptional experience at Malaika Apartment, thanks to its excellent environment, location, and compound. The staff were truly outstanding, demonstrating trustworthiness, support, and a willingness to assist with any request or concern. The manager was particularly impressive, ensuring that customers received top-notch service. Staff members Peter, Bosco, and the ladies were also commendable, making us feel at home during our stay. Peter's readiness to address any issues and Bosco's dedication to maintaining a spotless environment were especially noteworthy. I eagerly look forward to returning and reuniting with the team.

To enhance navigation, I suggest installing a clear signpost for Malaika Apartment at the gate entrance. This would be particularly helpful for taxi drivers, Uber drivers, and Boda Boda riders who often struggle to locate the apartment. On multiple occasions, I had to direct them using the nearby St. Mary Stadium as a reference point. Additionally, I noticed that the apartment lacks air conditioning, but a fan was provided in one of the rooms. It would be more convenient to have fans in both rooms. Furthermore, only one room was equipped with a bath towel, which seemed unusual. Ideally, both rooms should have towels for guests. Lastly, the Wi-Fi connection was unstable and frequently dropped, which was inconvenient.
