Kitchen was without chief staff took hours to bring the order and even basic supplies were not there😭

A most charming location, very peaceful comfortable rooms, very pleasant staff

1. The 3rd room in the villa does not have hot water connected to the shower - they tried to tell, 'oh, that is the driver's room.' No! Our party needed and booked for 6 guests. And we naturally assumed each room would have adequate facilities 2. The additional mattress per night charge is excessive, considering it causes no expense to the hotel. 3. Most expensive laundry charges I have seen in India - more expensive than America! Just to throw clothes in an automatic washing machine doesn't warrant high costs per article. 4. Restaurant/food quality was average at best
