ZAZAThe property was beautiful and well located. The sea views are what we expected.
The host, Kristi not sure how to describe her, because she was not rude but lacked apathy with a selective communication towards me. The property had no electricity a day before we arrived. She didn’t find it important to communicate this fact to us so we could plan better or find alternative accommodation. I had to message her four hours into us checking in. She was so defensive and lacked customer service, she mentioned irrelevant issue, like she has 16 properties, who cares. Even mentioned the fact do I expect her to fix the issue, which is of course not what I was saying. It was never her fault that there was a power outage (not load shedding) but it is a responsibility to communicate such an important fact, Because checking into powerless unit is a nightmare nevertheless to mention the inconvenience it causes to ones stay.
ZAThe place was beautiful...loved the view and the set up at the property was clean very neat and tidy.
I hated the fact that we needed so many passwords to get into the property and pick up the keys ...also the agent from Oasis was not very helpful as at first, only when we got to Ballito and was stuck outside the gate did we realise that we needed to pick up keys . she didn't advise how to access the app and get to the pickup instructions etc.it was such a mission and what's more is when we got up the water was ice cold.
ZAUnit number 9 is very close to the parking bay which really helps with unpacking and packing. Beautiful view from the veranda. Nice to have 3 bedrooms. Was good that there is a dishwasher made cleaning up very easy.
It would be nice if the kitchen had more kitchen stuff, limited on serving dishes. Would be nice if fridge is turned on maybe 2 days before check in as it only started getting things cold on day 2
