The apartment was in a safe area. Communication was clear and respectful. I liked that all amenities like iron, hairdryer etc. were available.

I dont think it is necessary put out a brand new box of Dove Soap for a 1 night visit. The liquid soap was more than sufficient. Maybe a small box of milk, like the 250ml UHT, would have been nice to have on hand, just because there was tea, coffee and sugar available, but no milk.
