Perfect central apartment

A beautiful and very quiet apartment with stylish designer décor. The spaces are comfortable and spacious, and the apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need. It is conveniently located just 5–10 minutes from the city’s main attractions. Although it is on the lower-ground floor, there are no issues with dampness, and a large window overlooks a lovely green courtyard, making the space bright and pleasant.

The building in which the apartment is located is in rather poor condition. It is dirty and shows significant wear and tear, with numerous damages to the walls and floors.

Nous avons apprécié cet appartement spacieux avec une belle décoration et parfaitement équipé.

La salle de bain manque un peu de luminosité. Les spots existants étaient mal orientés ce qui rend l'espace peu fonctionnel pour se maquiller par exemple. L'éclairage pourrait être amélioré. Par ailleurs, la bouilloire et la machine à café n'étaient pas propres. La bouilloire était pleine de tarte et la machine à café encore remplie de capsules usagées qui collaient à l'intérieur. L'égouttoir pour la vaisselle était sale également.

Perfect location in the center of Zagreb. Clean and easy to access. Host was very helpful.

Towels are smelly. They were washed and theoretically clean, but if they start to smell- you just have to buy new one or try to get rid of the smell by literally boiling them (washing at 90’).

There was only two comments with the apartment. 1. The bath leveling is not well done, hence after a shower all the water that escapes the bath cabin does not flush, i.e. it stays in the bathroom. Thus, it is unpleasant experience afterwards when you go to the bathroom and your feet get wet. I hope the host finds this comment useful and fix the bath leveling, since despite this problem the apartment is worth it 2. The apartment is located on the parter. However, when you enter the building you have to go down the stairs. It's a mental problem that usually that path leads to the basements. That is not the case here, as the apartment is located on the parter and there is also a window in the apartment. So it is all mental issue
