Price

No soap n towels unless we ordered them. Room was not cleaned even after asking them to clean. They mentioned that cleaner went early so why didnt they inform us timing

"Bad treatment and I do not recommend booking there"

I have a confirmed reservation in this hotel and I contacted them via email 3 hours ago and they confirmed that the room is ready and they sent me a warning message about dealing with rickshaw owners because most of them are scammers. But when I arrived at the appointed time, he told me that there are no vacant rooms. This hotel follows a very malicious policy. When you book on a specific day through Booking.com, they raise the price through direct booking with the hotel. If they find a higher price than the Booking.com price, they rent the room and they do not care about Booking.com customers.

I did not stay in this hotel due to the unreliability of the reservation.
