Tancor Residential Suites

The room is spacious, well maintained, equipped withe ok furniture. The interned is ok-ish but disconnects a lot. The hot water is hot but needs to be pre-heated (15-20 minutes) The TV works (not sure if smart TV, I just connected HDMI) The staff is really nice and helpful. The bed is comfy. Nice city view. No noise from dogs or roosters (4th floor) - we slept very well. The fridge is big and works well. Washing machine in the room. Dining table.

Small bathroom No bidet Bad neighbourhood - the reviews saying the streets outside are smelly with sewer were kinda right, and it feels uncomfortable walking outside when it's dark. 30 minutes walk from IT-PARK and most of the shops. The lobby is always locked and one has to go through the garage door. The internet is kinda-sorta reliable sometimes but also disconnects a lot.

The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable and the washing machine is a plus

The bathroom was not very clean, the sink was clogged, the location was far from the main street, and the security guards were arrogant.

Secure parking and there was a pool. There was dishes and stuff there but I didn't use them. I didn't even use the stove. I didn't really care about the kitchen. I didn't even want it. I would have preferred. No kitchen and a much bigger bathroom and a working AC unit. There was a laundry unit but there was no way to get water into it. I think you had to bring buckets out to fill it. I don't know. It was an old washing machine out on the balcony. They probably should just throw that thing over the side takes up space. My biggest hurdle was getting over the smell of the bathroom. I'm pretty sure somebody was making kimchi in there before I got there. It was really stinky

$2200 pesos for parking although I searched for "free" parking only units. Quite a surprise. The bathroom was stinky and no amount of cleaning helped. My ac unit is going bad and the room never got dry, it stayed warm and humid
