AUWe loved our stay here at Evergreen Escape! Even though it was close to the road, it felt like we were in a tropical rainforest! The beds were so comfy and it was spacious and private.
If you need no noise when trying to sleep, it may be hard if you are in the front room as there are cars zooming through. However, it wasn’t bad at all at night as less people are driving!

ITSiamo arrivati in una giornata fredda e piovosa. La signora ci ha lasciato la luce accesa e due panini di burro e marmellata per colazione. La cucina era super accessoriata, bagno spazioso e pulito. Letto comodo.
CHWhat a great spot! Drove past it so many times and finally stayed a night! Easy communication with host, very helpful, friendly (She even made some scones for us. Very much appreciated!) We arrived late and it was not a problem. Would stay there again and will recommend it for sure!

IEBeds were v comfortable
Layout was very unusual .. bed in living room and bathroom beside kitchen was very strange. Location was handy for Hokitika but beside a very noisy road.
AUIt was very homely, very private. Loved the scones. The layout is a bit odd. Lovely outdoor spaces.
Needed a drier. Not walking distance to town. The toliet/kitchen were too close together and not much privacy.
