The location of the homestay was perfect and the view was unbelievable! Fendi showed us around in Tetebatu and we learned a lot about the place. You should the gado gado from Fendi, it is really tasty. 😊

I stayed at Coconut Homestay for two nights, and it was a truly unique experience. The hut, set right in the middle of a beautiful rice field, offers a peaceful and authentic escape into nature. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the sight of lush green paddies was simply unforgettable. The host, Fendy, made my stay even more special. Not only did he prepare amazing home-cooked meals and tea, but he also took great care of me when I was feeling unwell. His kindness and hospitality helped me recover, making my time there much more comfortable. If you’re looking for a serene place to unwind, with warm hospitality and delicious homemade food, Coconut Homestay is perfect. I highly recommend it and would love to return one day!

If you’re looking for a serene getaway with breathtaking views, Coconut Homestay in Tetebatu is an absolute gem. The place is beautiful, and Fendy is the perfect host. The bungalow is nestled in the middle of lush rice fields, providing a peaceful and picturesque setting that makes you feel immersed in nature. On both sides of the two-story bungalow, you have panoramic views, with one side offering a stunning view of Mount Rinjani and the other stretching all the way down to Kuta and the ocean when the sky is clear. The bungalow itself is thoughtfully designed to maximize its surroundings. Upstairs, the room features big windows on both sides, giving you uninterrupted views of the landscape. The balcony faces Mount Rinjani, making it a perfect spot to relax and take in the mountain scenery. Downstairs, the bathroom and a cozy terrace face east, where the morning light is particularly magical. With clear skies, you can enjoy a distant view of Kuta, adding to the charm of the experience. Fendy’s hospitality is what makes this place truly stand out. From the moment you arrive, his warmth and attentiveness make you feel completely at home. Wow what a lovely place to stay!! The house was comfortable with a large bathroom and the surroundings were beautiful!! Fendy is a great guy - he organised transport for us both from Kuta to Coconut and then to Mataram. He made excellent breakfast for us and when I asked for a coconut he literally climbed the tree and picked one for me! He even came out at night to guide us to the house with a flashlight. Fendy also took us around Tetebatu, to see the weaving process, how bamboo is used, and then the following day took us on a walking tour through the rice fields to see a waterfall and the monkey forest. He also provided a scooter and recommendations for dinner. This is definitely a must do in Tetebatu, Fendy will take care of you for the duration of your stay and make it a memorable experience. We stayed two nights in coconut homestay and had a wonderful time. The house is in the middle of the nature in the rice fields. Fendy build it with a lot of love. Everything is very clean and the hot shower is a dream 😊 fendy took us on a trip through the rice fields and the monkey forest. We were able to join the rice harvest which was a special opportunity. In the evening he even invited us to join a family gathering which was amazing to see the culture. Everyone in tetebatu is just incredible nice. Fendy is also a really good cook. The breakfast was really delicious and on the second evening he cooked a superb diner for us. We can't thank fendy enough for this amazing experience we had in tetebatu.

Everything was perfect. The house is located in a beautiful property and feels very private. The view overlooking Mt. Rinjani is one of the prettiest I have seen. My stay at Coconut Homestay was purely magical thanks to Fendy, the host and owner (kindest human ever). He truly makes you feel like part of his family and is an amazing cook. Hands down the best traditional Indonesian food I ate in my 4 weeks of travelling. Fendy also takes you to nearby local places that are a must-visit at Tetebatu. Would recommend this stay with my eye’s closed.

A great place to stay in the middle of the rice fields with an amazing view of Mount Rinjani. Fendy is always available and provided us with coffee and tea all time. The food was also great and we were even allowed to help cook a traditional dish. He also organized a scooter for us.

The place is really beautifull, we enjoy wonderful sunrises just from the bed! Fendy was so kind with us, we took and amazing excursion with him. You feel you are part of the family!
