Central Luxury Apartments

Apartment was totally dirty when I arrived. The smell was awful. The worst experience in my life !

Location in the center. Garage 24/7 next to apartment. This is my second trip this year and I choose the same apartment.

The room was cold, heating system was poor. We were with 2 months old baby, we write message to confirm with host that room is ready. For The payment was cash (although I was searching for on line payment on booking). I must leave cash money in my room inside, than host enter in room to pick up the money (when we were outside) Not professional!

The location is nice, parking (paid, private) garage is right in front of the building, 12 EUR per day.

The check-in process could have been smoother, I got no instructions on check-in, messaging is slow, host says not to call the phone but doesn't respond to SMS. Clean 2/5.

The location is good, the WiFi was also available and we got full instructions about how to get into apartment via e-mail.

Host didn't want do be contacted via phone, e-mail only. After everything had been paid, host asked us for more "tax" money that wasn't specified anywhere when booking. Sofa was very dirty, bed sheets were also dirty and the worst of all the plates in the kitchen that we wanted to use were left dirty as well. TV channels weren't working and the room had unpleasing smell as well. Over all wouldn't recommend to book your stay here and I won't probably do it either.

Property was clean, tidy, comfortable with a great location.

Hosts unresponsive.
