"Our stay was good and comfortable, I wanted clean room and washroom which was there"

We liked the rooms, cleanliness, cordial staff.

Breakfast could be better, a toaster to toast the bread was not there, this is old property so a little worn out but we'll maintain for cleanliness

They just cancelled the reservation without even a call, and when i went to the hotel they just said that booking was cancelled. Not even a apology, this is a bad reputation for the hotel
