I had to wait for a frustrating 45 minutes to an hour to get the access code while the host could not be reached both on text and calls. Afterwards, I struggled with parking space which wasn't allocated. I spent a further 30 minutes trying to locate the parking bay designated for the unit which doesn't exist. The security personnel came to my rescue by giving me an empty parking bay that doesn't belong to anyone. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!
