ESSpotlessly clean, good and quiet location, extremely nice staff (they let us use their washing machine, provided us with water, and helped us), and a generous breakfast.

CAThis place was great. First of all, the owner and his daughter (we think) were very friendly. She spoke English well and he could speak it as well so we never had a language barrier. They were very welcoming and our room was great. The bed is a bit hard but we didn't have an issue with it and found it comfortable. It was also nice and quiet in the evening and in the morning with only a few other guests (one other couple we think), so it's relaxing. The breakfast in the morning was great and upon leaving, we had a very early train and the owner prepared a lunch box for us to take with us which was very thoughtful and we didn't expect it. He also sent us our registration by WhatsApp once we left - though we never needed it when leaving the country. The wifi worked well and they provided unlimited free bottled water, which was a nice perk to not have to go buy constantly. It was also only 6 or 7 minutes walk from registan square, one of the main things you are likely here to see. Overall, this was a great stay made even better by friendly owners. I would recommend staying here for sure.

FRLa situation,le petit déjeuner recherché et varié,la propreté et le calme de la chambre,la disponibilité de nos hôtes qui, entres autres, sont venus nous chercher gratuitement avec leur voiture lorsque nous sommes revenus chez eux après un séjour à Boukhara et à Khiva et qui lors de notre départ nous ont conduits à l'aéoport -à 2 heures du matin ! - pour un prix symbolique.
FRRUЗамечательное расположение, чистый номер! Завтрак вкусный и сытный! Мы приехали утром и нас заселили до 14:00! Хозяева очень милые и приветливые люди! Отдельное спасибо за то, что подобрали нам экскурсию в Таджикистан! Все очень понравилось!

ITPosizione vicinissima al centro, struttura abbastanza moderna e area silenziosa. Dotata di shampoo e kit per lavarsi i denti. Staff gentilissimo e disponibilissimo!
Finestre con tende leggere, perciò passava la luce sia di notte con la lampada del giardino che la mattina al sorgere del sole. Materasso molto duro, la stanza non è stata rifatta giornalmente ma per un soggiorno di 2 giorni non è un grosso problema.
