דירה מותק, יש בה כל מה שצריך. 2 חדרי שינה, באחת מיטה זוגית גדולה ומפנקת וחדר נוסף עם מיטת קומותיים זוגית. יש חניה פרטית וזה נוח.

אף על פי שקיבלנו את ההוראות הכי הכי ברורות ומדויקות לגבי החניה והכניסה והקוד והפתיחה של השער וההגעה וכו’ עדיין קצת הסתבכנו והיה מסורבל להבין מאיפה נכנסים לאן עולים איפה המפתח. זה לקח לנו קצת זמן אבל בסוף הכל הסתדר בעזרת ההוראות המאוד ברורות.

מיקום מעולה, חניה נוחה, יש ממ"ד בקומה, החימום התת רצפתי היה מאוד מפנק (: , חדר הורים גדול, מטבח מאוד מצוייד ועם המון תבלינים, שמן זית ודברים קטנים שצריך ובד"כ שוכחים, נוף מאוד יפה מהפינת אוכל, כיווני אוויר מצויינים ובריזה טובה

כדי להנות ממים חמים במקלחת צריך להדליק מראש את הדוד ולחכות, אני לא טיפוס כזה מתוכנן וזה קצת הפריע לי שאני צריך לחכות

דירה מרווחת, נעימה ממוקמת במיקום מרכזי בשדרה הראשית, מאובזרת בהכל כולל משחקים נהדרים וספרים לילדים, מזווה מלא בדברים למי שבעניין הבישול בדירה, פינת קפה, תמי 4, יש חנייה פרטית, בעלת דירה מהממת וזמינה תמיד, עזרה לנו המון. כשהגענו נתקלנו בבעיית ניקיון שלא היה לשביעות רצוננו והיא מהר מאוד דאגה לשלוח ניקוי נוסף ויסודי, יצאנו מרוצים

כשהגענו לראשונה טיפה הסתבכנו בלמצוא את הכניסה לדירה כי למעלית צריך מפתח שנמצא בדירה אבל הסתדרנו, יש רעש מהרחוב בערב מהבר הקרוב אבל כסוגרים חלונות אז זה די מפחית את הרעש ולא ממש מורגש
