I booked two air conditioning room. 1) they just stop ac whenever they want and when you ask them they will say In such price we can't use ac whole day. also in night they will start ac at 11 pm and they will stop ac without informing us at 5 in the morning. 2) washroom was not clean, there were cokroaches in the bathroom and bedrooms, I asked them to clean it so many times but nobody cleaned it. 3) whenever you order food they will never give you plates infact they will say that they don't have plates available. also price in food menu are different than what they will charge you. 4) staff behavior specially night staff is not good. they always misbehave specially the old man who sits at reception at night. 5) they will bring 2 liter water bottle from outside shop which cost 30 rupees but they will charge 60 rupees just double of the actual price. 6) for just 10ml paper cup of coffee they will charge 40 rupees which they bring from outside shop and actual cost is 20 rupees outside shop. I have never seen that much price of a coffee in a budget room hotels ever. in every hotel they give a proper cup of coffee
