Bradenton Banyan Bungalow

Super quiet location, far away from tourists. Luxurious lots of space and facilities. And not to be forgotten: the incredible hosts. Almost friendly, dedicated and always on hand. Proactive service. Messages are read and answered within seconds. Unbelievable! We've never experienced anything like it in 35 years of traveling around the world! Rarely have we left with such tears in our eyes.

One small thing: you live with neighbors who take care of their houses and gardens. A few days of lawnmowers, leaf blowers, saws, etc. in the morning. But I think that's limited to spring and fall. And the host can't help it, of course. And... maybe your own garden and fence could get some maintenance in the future 😉 Maybe the neighbors will help...😆

Location and that it was remodeled. Kitchen is exceptional!

Location was perfect and very close to Anna Maria. Walking distance to bus station and Publix. The property was just renovated, clean and welcoming. There were a lot of small amenities (towels, hand soap in bathroom and kitchen, shampoo, washing powder, dishwashing tabs, etc.) that made it clear the host cared and wanted us to feel welcome. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs available as well. The house was well equipped, beds comfortable and nice garden with a grill, fire place and garden chairs. Great stay! Jeff and Shandra provided super service and are very nice people!!

Good quite neighborhood. Comfortable accommodation. Close enough to everything but still far enough away from the crowds.
